Acceptable Use Policy

Usage policy for Migrator, cloned sites & canisters · Last updated: Date

1. Purpose

This policy sets out what our services (Migrator, static clones, on-chain canisters, backend add-ons) may be used for — and what not. It supplements the Terms & Conditions.

2. You Warrant

• to migrate/clone only your own content or content for which you hold the necessary rights;
• not to clone third-party websites without authorization;
• to comply with applicable law (copyright, trademark, data protection, competition law).

3. Prohibited Use

• unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or rights-infringing content;
• malware, phishing, spam, unauthorized access, attacks on third parties or the infrastructure;
• content that promotes violence, hatred or illegal goods/services;
• circumventing security or abuse protection (rate limits, SSRF guards, etc.).

4. Abuse Protection

The anonymous clone service is rate-limited and SSRF-protected. If abuse is suspected, we may reject jobs, block content or deactivate canisters.

5. Enforcement

In the event of violations we may — depending on severity — issue a warning, suspend services or terminate the contract. Please report abuse to info@mingleberrymedia.com.
